Mélissa Boudreau is a paralegal in the business law group of our Montreal office. She focuses mainly on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate due diligence and tax restructurings.

Before joining the firm, Mélissa worked as a lawyer and paralegal in large and small law firms.
