Biography
Olivier Le Bars is a project finance lawyer based in Paris.
He is involved in drafting and negotiating a wide range of project documentation, including public-private partnership agreements, power purchase agreements, EPC and O&M contracts, interface agreements and direct agreements.
Olivier has over 15 years of experience in project development, structuring and financing of infrastructure projects, mainly in France, Africa and Eastern Europe. His practice also covers energy law, construction law, public economic law and mining law.
He regularly advises sponsors, project companies, lenders including commercial banks, multilateral development banks institutions and contractors across the renewable energy projects (wind, hydroelectric, thermal, solar), roads, highways, railways, mining and telecommunications sectors.
