Biography
Riccardo Perris is a banking and finance lawyer based in London.
Riccardo is qualified in New York, and his practice focuses in advising issuers, private equity sponsors and investment banks on a wide range of capital markets transactions, including high yield bonds, loans and investment grade and leveraged finance / sub-investment grade transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Riccardo worked as an associate at a leading US firm.

- Represented (i) the joint lead managers in connection with the issuance of €750,000,000 fixed rate notes and (ii) the purchasers in the subsequent tap issuance of €750,000,000 fixed rate notes by Tim S.p.A.
- Represented the initial purchasers in connection with the issuance of €350,000,000 floating rate notes by Bormioli Pharma S.p.A.
- Represented Italmatch Chemicals S.p.A. in connection with the issuance of €750,000,000 fixed rate notes.
- Represented Eurogroup S.p.A. in connection with its IPO and listing on the Italian Stock Exchange.
- Represented the Friedkin Group in connection with its public takeover of A.S. Roma S.p.A.
