Alexander Tsakoev is a banking and finance lawyer based in Moscow. He works across different types of cross-border and domestic finance transactions governed by English and Russian law.
Alexander acts for borrowers and lenders, including multilateral financial institutions, development banks and export credit agencies on bilateral and syndicated loans.
