David Harris is a dispute resolution lawyer based in London. He focuses on transnational regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings, and litigation.
David has extensive experience of representing corporate entities, senior executives and employees on cross-border internal investigations, regulatory investigations and enforcement, civil proceedings and criminal prosecutions. He advises clients across a range of sectors, with a focus on financial services, banking and energy.
David has represented clients in the context of civil, criminal and regulatory investigations and proceedings involving a range of regulators, including the UK FCA, SFO, HMRC, the NCA and OFSI, and advising clients facing parallel investigations and proceedings before regulators in the United States, including the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
