Ryan Leggett is an associate in our business law group, with a practice focusing on general corporate-commercial matters, as well as banking and finance matters. He assists senior counsel in advising clients on a variety of business matters, including: mergers and acquisitions; the formation and structuring of businesses; corporate reorganizations; and lender and borrower-side public and private equity and debt financings.

Ryan joined us as a summer articled student in 2021, returned to complete his articles in 2022 and became an associate on his call to the bar in 2023.
