Biography
Seema Pandher is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Calgary. She has a general transaction-based practice with a primary focus on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. She also assists clients with corporate governance, continuous disclosure, regulatory compliance and general corporate matters.
Seema previously worked as an associate in the corporate, securities and mergers and acquisitions group at a leading global law firm and as corporate legal counsel at a national company in the long-term care industry.

Parkland Corporation on its private placement offering of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 6.625% senior unsecured notes
Athabasca Oil Corporation on its private placement offering of C$200 million aggregate principal amount of 6.75% senior unsecured notes
Wolf Midstream Canada LP on its inaugural private placement offering of C$600 million aggregate principal amount of 6.400% senior unsecured notes
