Sofía Macías focuses her practice on corporate, M&A and securities matters. Her experience includes advising on the exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons and consulting on changes in the electricity regime. Sofía prepares agreements for the purchase and sale of natural gas as well as applications for natural gas transportation, storage, distribution and commercialization permits before the CRE. She also has experience representing clients in international commercial arbitration disputes, as well as commercial and administrative controversies.
