Biography

Thomas Yau is a banking and finance lawyers based in Hong Kong. He focuses on debt capital market transactions in the Greater China area and internationally. He has extensive experiences in advising issuers and dealers on various debt capital markets transactions, including medium term note programme renewal and drawdown, standalone bond offering, equity-linked debt products, Basel III-compliant regulatory capital issuances and liability management.
