Biography
Abigail Urquhart represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex business litigation, white collar criminal defense and multi-jurisdictional investigation matters. Her global litigation and investigations practice covers a range of areas, including matters involving healthcare, fraud, intellectual property, environmental disputes, real estate, commercial bribery, entertainment, shareholder rights, contractual disputes and cross-border issues. She has significant experience litigating high-stakes, high-dollar cases. Her clients include some of the largest companies in the world and high-profile individuals embroiled in high-stakes litigation.
Abigail is admitted to practice before the US District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California and the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. She previously served as law clerk to the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw for the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
