To help companies get ready for the Failure to Prevent Fraud (FtPF) offence, which comes into force on 1 September, 2025, our FtPF team is hosting a webinar to discuss what steps companies should be taking now in terms of conducting risk assessments and enhancing procedures. 

We will cover some of the common issues we have been seeing in supporting companies prepare, including how to approach risk assessments and enhancement programmes for non-UK entities, what training and communication there should be ahead of  1September, where existing policies and procedures can be adapted – and where we commonly see gaps.
