- Represented an automobile manufacturer in connection with the acquisition of real property for a new $1,600,000,000 automobile and manufacturing facility in Alabama
- Represents clients in transactions involving the simultaneous acquisition, ground leasing and financing of real property
- Negotiates property management and leasing agreements for property owners (multi-family, office and retail)
