Biography
Emily Bogenschutz is a seasoned litigator who joined Norton Rose Fulbright’s dispute group as counsel in February 2024. Emily has represented clients through all phases of discovery, motion practice and briefing, expert work and trial and various post-trial proceedings, and is experienced in the defense of catastrophic personal injury matters and a wide range of commercial litigation issues. She also has extensive experience supporting substantive, practical solutions to product issues, and has coordinated and managed product engineers, experts, data analysts and other personnel in several sensitive and highly technical product analysis and research efforts to aid clients in the evaluation of pre-suit product claims and potential litigation risks, navigation of commercial disputes, preparation for potential public testimony and consideration of industry action including potential recalls.
Emily began her litigation career in commercial litigation in Florida before moving to Texas and joining a product defense-oriented law firm. Her more than 10 years of practice there, as an associate and later as a partner, focused on defending manufacturers, retailers, distributors and other entities in product liability and complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the country to ensure strategic and consistent positions and results.
