Cultural diversity
We aim to attract, promote and retain a culturally and racially diverse workforce to enhance our business strategy.
In March 2017, Norton Rose Fulbright signed the Cultural Diversity Initiative. This important charter, supported by several other large law firms, involved a commitment to researching and reporting on cultural diversity at different levels of the business, amongst other initiatives.
We have a cultural diversity think-tank to support our aims and to help build our strategy and programs in addition to Origins, our DEI network focused on cultural and racial diversity. Origins are focused on storytelling and learning from lived experience.
