Biography
Greg Rouse is a real estate litigation lawyer based in London. He focuses on the full range of property related issues and disputes including development constraints, rights to light, vacant possession strategies, rent review, dilapidations, tenant insolvency, service charges, overage disputes and forfeiture.
Greg regularly advises some of the world's leading developers, investors, financial institutions, landlords, corporate occupiers and joint venture partners and also has experience in relation to actual and potential breaches of contract, debt enforcement and professional negligence claims against valuers and other consultants.

· Advising a joint venture partnership in respect of defending High Court proceedings issued by a landlord claiming breaches of tenant covenants as a preliminary to forfeiture proceedings of a very valuable 999 year underlease of a residential apartment building in Canary Wharf.
