Kerri Lambrianidis is an intellectual property and litigation lawyer based in Melbourne.
Kerri has experience acting in both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters. She has experience in advising clients on protection strategies, registrability, portfolio management, exploitation, enforcement, validity and infringement of intellectual property rights including trade marks, copyright, designs and patents.
Kerri has a particular focus on trade mark infringement disputes as well as advising clients on trade mark protection, prosecution and opposition proceedings. She has previously worked for an intellectual property law firm advising across a variety of industry sectors including consumer goods, fashion, retail, leisure and entertainment sectors.
Kerri has represented clients in intellectual property proceedings in the Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia. She has also been involved in trade mark opposition proceedings before the Registrar of Trade Marks.
