Jacqui Wilkinson is a construction, infrastructure and procurement lawyer based in Sydney.

Jacqui acts for both public and private sector organisations. She has worked on projects across a number of industry sectors, and has extensive experience with respect to the preparation, negotiation and review of tender and contact documentation.

Jacqui has worked with a range of contract delivery methods including: design and construct; construct only; operation and maintenance; managing contractor; alliance; guaranteed maximum price; PPP; and a number of consultancy, services and funding agreements.

Jacqui also advises clients on reviewing and preparing template contractual documentation with a focus on Australian Standard forms of contracts. She has acted on a variety of other commercial transactions including electronic tolling arrangements and major events.
