Biography

Evan is an environment and planning lawyer with seven years' based in Brisbane.

Evan has a particular focus on planning and infrastructure law and has extensive experience working with Queensland Local Governments, the Queensland State Government, property developers and various private clients in the property development and infrastructure sector.

His planning and infrastructure law experience includes advising clients on litigation in the Planning and Environment Court, the Land Court and the Court of Appeal as well as front-end experience advising private clients on large-scale property transactions and future property development.

Fortius Funds Management – providing planning due diligence on its acquisition of The Barracks mixed use development at Petrie Terrace.
