• Real Estate Investment Trust, Picton Capital - on various financing matters.
• JTC plc - on its £225m acquisition facilities for the acquisition of SALI Fund Services LLC.
• Bangkok Bank - on its financing of an Eco World real estate development in Woking, England.
• Standard Chartered Bank - in connection with the refinancing of the Hoxton hotel group (including hotels in London, New York, Paris and Amsterdam).
