Nikki Rollason is the head of the legal project management (LPM) team, providing support to the firms national and international offices.

Nikki is legally trained, with over 20 years expertise managing large multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes and regulatory reviews, she has the necessary skills to drive and deliver efficiencies across all types of legal matters and provide clients with strategic solutions.

She is passionate about LPM and emerging technologies and employs a variety of techniques and tools (some custom built) to ensure she provides internal and external clients with proactive and structured solutions to the delivery of legal work through the application of project management tools and techniques.

Her experience brings a unique and valuable approach to her role combining legal expertise, technology and practical project management techniques to manage, scope, timelines and budget and coordinate project activity and communication to ensure effective delivery of projects. As part of her role, Nikki advises on how to maximise efficient delivery of projects, including facilitating the use of low cost resources and legal technology, where appropriate. She can also call on her computer coding ability to provide bespoke solutions where required.
