Biography

Glen is a projects & construction lawyer with a focus on energy, infrastructure and resources.  Glen leads the firms Infrastructure Sector Group in the Asia Pacific region.

Glen has gained significant experience across Australia, Asia, and the Middle East, acting in both domestic and international arbitrations for the leading construction contractors operating in the market.

Glen has extensive experience drafting and negotiating complex construction and mining contracts.  He also has considerable dispute resolution experience, including in claims management, mediation, expert determination, litigation and arbitration.  He has recently acted on a number of high profile construction disputes and mining related arbitrations in Western Australia.

Glen is recognised by Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2023 as a Leading Individual, a testament to his work in the field of front end and litigious construction work.  He is also profiled by Doyle's as a Leading Construction & Infrastructure Litigation Lawyer in 2022, Who's Who Legal 2022 for his Construction work and is ranked by Chambers and Partners.
