Peter Estall
Biography
Peter Estall is a lawyer in Norton Rose Fulbright's Minneapolis office. He represents businesses nationwide in a variety of civil litigation matters, primarily products liability matters, throughout all phases of litigation, from the filing of a complaint, through discovery, motion practice, trial and, ultimately, appeal. Peter has served on several trial teams, working on all aspects of trial preparation, from trial workup and briefing to expert preparation and drafting jury instructions.
Peter maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in civil rights cases.
Peter previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kim R. Gibson, Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the Honorable Nancy E. Brasel, Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
Prior to law school, he worked as a mechanical engineer where he designed agricultural processing equipment.
