Biography

Emily Lee is a counsel residing in the San Antonio office. She represents clients in product liability disputes and automotive cases.  Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Emily worked as captured counsel for a non-standard auto insurance company, representing and defending clients in all phases of litigation, including discovery, mediation, hearings, and trial. She has also represented clients in probate and family matters, along with representing clients on the Plaintiff's side in motor vehicle accidents and wrongful foreclosures.  

Prior to law school, Emily worked as a paralegal for four years at a Plaintiff's firm handling motor vehicle and trucking accidents, along with probate, property, and family law.
