Katie Van Dyk is the Head of Commercial Real Estate for the United States. Katie advises all types of companies in real estate transactional and development matters covering all asset classes. Specifically, her work includes acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets for development and investment, real estate finance and joint ventures, commercial leasing, and hospitality and entertainment industry real estate matters. Katie is an active member of the firm's data center group, supporting her client's real estate needs through all phases of data center acquisition, development, and operation. She earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and her law degree from Tulane University Law School.

Katie has successfully launched and scaled her own businesses and is passionate about developing and leveraging innovative technology solutions to support and enhance legal services. She serves on the board of and advises several arts nonprofits and is an active supporter of the arts in Austin and beyond.
