Julie has a wide range of commercial litigation experience in both state and federal courts, including pre-suit investigation, initiating civil actions, motion practice, managing complex document reviews and productions, and deposition and trial preparation. She represents clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, real estate, life sciences, insurance, art, and entertainment. Julie also has experience strategizing for favorable settlements as well as resolutions that allow clients to avoid unnecessary litigation.
