Represented a national quick-service restaurant in proceeding against its landlord involving claims for breach of a lease agreement and for fraud.
Represented a client in a proceeding to enforce a real estate easement, securing a temporary injunction and a favorable settlement shortly thereafter.
Represented a national industrial cleaning company in proceedings to enforce noncompetition agreements.
