Biography
David Plick is a member of the commercial litigation group in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
While in law school, David externed for the Honorable Deborah J. Saltzman of the US Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. He also served as Associate Editor of the UC Irvine Law Review and received a 2022 Pro Bono Achievement Award.

- Successfully defended a government agency in a qui tam suit relating to allegations of fraudulent billing practices.
- Obtained favorable settlement in mediation for fashion photographer relating to a wage and hour dispute.
- On behalf of a real estate developer, conducted an internal investigation into embezzlement , fraud, and forgery by the company's Chief Financial Officer.
- Obtained a favorable settlement for a client, a Division I coach and former Olympian, in mediation for her wrongful termination and discrimination lawsuit against her employer.
- Trial defense of manufacturing company involving wrongful termination and discrimination claims.
