Denham Capital, a US energy and commodities private equity firm, on its divestment of Fotowatio Renewable Ventures

A combined team from the Amsterdam and London, advised Denham Capital Management LP, the US energy and commodities private equity firm, on its divestment of Fotowatio Renewable Ventures, a leading global operator in photovoltaic and thermosolar energy based in Spain, to Abdul Latif Jameel International DMCC as the buyer. Norton Rose Fulbright LLP also advised Denham in 2012 on the acquisition of Fotowatio Renewables Ventures. Through Dutch investment vehicles, the partnership has invested in solar energy projects in different jurisdictions around the world, including in Australia, South Africa and South America.
