Amsterdam advises on US$200m reinsurance deal between Delta Lloyd and Catalina

Our Amsterdam office has advised Catalina Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd (Catalina) on a US$200 million reinsurance deal with Delta Lloyd. The deal involves the reinsurance of a run-off portfolio of international marine business liabilities by Glacier Reinsurance AG, a fully owned Swiss subsidiary of Catalina.
The team was led by Ep Hannema, assisted by Recep Altun, Nikolai de Koning and Niels Kolste.
