Amsterdam advises on merger between D-Reizen, VakantieXperts and Thomas Cook

Our Amsterdam office has advised the family Van den Broek (owners of various retail chains) on the sale of their shares in D-Reizen Groep B.V. to the new to be incorporated limited liability company D-RT Groep B.V.. Simultaneously a German based company would also sell the shares in their travel companies to D-RT Groep B.V., thus establishing a merger between D-Reizen, VakantieXperts and the former Thomas Cook.
The team in Amsterdam was led by Ep Hannema and Maartje Govaert, assisted by Suzanne Kampijon, Annemarie Creutzberg and Nikolai de Koning.
