Biography
Adam Leigh is a corporate lawyer based in London.
Adam focuses on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including public and private company M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general corporate and commercial agreements in the energy, natural resources, transport and infrastructure sectors.
Adam trained at the firm and qualified as a solicitor in February 2024. During his training with the firm, Adam spent six months on secondment to the firm's Dubai office.

- Advising Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition of Mallard Pass Solar Farm Limited, a 324MWp consented solar farm project which will be connected to a 400kV bay at National Grid Ryhall Substation.
- Advising Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition of two advanced-stage photovoltaic and co-located solar projects.
- Advising TotalEnergies on the acquisition of an African hydropower portfolio, including a 28.3% interest in an operational hydropower plant in Uganda and minority stakes in two renewable hydropower projects under development in Rwanda and Malawi.
- Advising Kemble Water, the parent company of Thames Water, on various corporate, regulatory and funding matters relating to Thames Water.
- Advising TowerBrook Capital Partners on consortium arrangements with JC Flowers & Co and Railsr shareholders in relation to the £283 million recommended cash offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Equals Group Plc.
- Gama Aviation plc on its Tender Offer to shareholders in April 2024.
