Afternoon session

New York, New York Accreditation 1.0 CLE | September 18, 2019

Federal and state antitrust agencies are taking longer and giving more comprehensive scrutiny to transactions and issues that previously may have received little attention.

Both buyers and sellers must understand how these changes will impact their deals. Members of our antitrust group, who are experienced former federal and state antitrust officials, will explain how new initiatives, investigations, theories and major enforcement actions by the US Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission and multiple state attorneys general may impact your transactions.

They will provide practical suggestions to prepare for the new antitrust landscape in the US.
