As the UK Government considers the move out of lockdown, our series of HR Tips webinars will look at some of the employment issues facing employers going forward.  This series of webinars will look at:

This webinar will consider – making redundancies; selecting for redundancies; individual consultation; collective consultation requirements; how to consult with employees not in the workplace; making furloughed employees redundant.

Session 2: HR Tips – Returning to the workplace – issues to consider

This webinar will look at getting people back in to the workplace – what are an employer’s obligations and liabilities; what testing can an employer perform? What if an employee refuses to return?

Session 2: Tuesday 19 May – 13:00 (BST)

Session 3: HR Tips – Alternatives to redundancy

What alternatives an employer can put in place in relation to workers – the Job Retention Scheme; lay off; reduction in hours; reduction in pay; bonuses and other benefits.

Session 3: Tuesday 26 May – 13:00 (BST)

Session 4: HR Tips – Back to work – potential claims going forward

This webinar will consider what claims we may see from employees going forward claims re pay, health and safety obligations, and holiday entitlement.

Session 4: Tuesday 2 June – 13:00 (BST)
