Norton Rose Fulbright has been ranked 13th on Acritas’ 2017 US Law Firm Brand Index, which reflects both legal proficiency and awareness of clients that require legal services. The firm maintained its top-15 position from last year’s survey.
According to Acritas, six factors determine a law firm’s brand strength: top of mind awareness, favorability, consideration for top-level deals and litigation, overall usage among US-based clients and inbound usage among international clients.
Data was collected from an independent survey of 765 senior in-house counsel from around the world across a range of industries. Of those surveyed, 604 hail from US-based companies while the remainder come from multinational organizations with legal needs in the US.
