Houston office makes list of city’s top workplaces

Norton Rose Fulbright's Houston office has been named one of the "Top Workplaces" in Houston by employee engagement firm Energage.
The Houston Chronicle published the list of "Top Workplaces," which was compiled using a confidential job satisfaction survey. The Energage survey was offered to employees earlier this year to gauge the firm's culture, benefits, leadership style, environment and more.
More than 60 percent of the firm's US personnel responded to the survey, with feedback from Houston leading to the firm's top spot in the Bayou City.
Energage, which oversees the "Top Workplaces" program, has surveyed 23 million employees from more than 70,000 organizations since its inception 14 years ago.
