S&P Global: Statehouse battles over CO2 pipelines could be moot under US permitting bill

Senior counsel Christopher Psihoules spoke with S&P Global about proposed legislation that would give the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) jurisdiction over interstate and cross-border pipelines carrying CO₂ and other commodities.
