Dallas Business Journal: BGSF to sell division for $99 million

Dallas Business Journal shares details of BGSF Inc.’s agreement to sell its professional workforce solutions division to Inspyr Solutions for US$99 million. We acted as legal counsel for BGSF Inc., a Plano-based consulting and staffing firm.

The deal team was led by Paul Conneely and Brandon Byrne. Paul is the Head of the Corporate, M&A and Securities Team in Dallas. He advises clients mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, securities offerings and corporate governance matters. Brandon advises clients in matters including mergers and stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, SEC registered offerings and private placements of debt, equity and other transactional matters.
