Global Head of Litigation Richard Krumholz named Fellow of American Board of Trial Advocates

Global Head of Litigation Richard S. Krumholz (Dallas) has been selected as a Fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an invitation-only organization for trial lawyers who demonstrate excellence at the courthouse and "civility, integrity and professionalism" in their practices.

Recently named a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Richard has tried cases for more than 30 years in state and federal courts, and in arbitration proceedings around the country. Richard represents clients in a broad range of cases, including complex business disputes, securities/merger litigation, antitrust litigation, multijurisdictional cases, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, energy litigation and multidistrict litigation.

ABOTA has 96 chapters across the US, and members are selected by a comprehensive nomination process and rigorously vetted by its membership subcommittee, the executive committee, and a vote by the chapter members.

Krumholz, who leads the firm's global litigation group of approximately 1,200 lawyers, said:
