Minority Corporate Counsel Association names firm as a finalist for Thomas L. Sager Award

Norton Rose Fulbright has been selected as a finalist for the 2023 Thomas L. Sager Award by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA). The award recognizes firms that have a proven dedication to creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive legal industry. Presented to three winners annually, Norton Rose Fulbright is among the top 20 finalists in Category 5, which includes firms with more than 650 lawyers.

Finalists were determined through an analysis of submissions to the 2022 MCCA US Law Firm Diversity Survey, which gathers data on firm demographics and leadership makeup, as well as the hiring, retention and promotion of diverse lawyers. This information is evaluated through MCAA's Diversity Scorecard to measure impact.

The MCCA is committed to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in law departments and law firms by providing research, best practices, professional development and training and establishing pipeline initiatives.

Winners of the Sager Award will be announced on October 11 at MCAA's Diversity Gala in New York City.
