Two Norton Rose Fulbright partners named 2025 Women of Influence by Los Angeles Business Journal

Norton Rose Fulbright partners Rebecca Winthrop and Debbie Birndorf-Zeiler (Los Angeles) have been selected among the 2025 Women of Influence: Attorneys by the Los Angeles Business Journal.

This list recognizes women lawyers in Los Angeles who have demonstrated exceptional legal skill, exemplary leadership and achievement across the full spectrum of responsibility.

Rebecca provides a full spectrum of bankruptcy and restructuring advice. Her practice ranges from representing financial institutions, asset purchasers, unsecured creditors and debtors in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcies, to counseling debtors and creditors in out-of-court workouts in multiple industries, including agriculture, manufacturing, healthcare and public finance.

Debbie brings over three decades of legal experience to her practice. She specializes in representing employers in all aspects of employment law, including defense against harassment and discrimination claims, wage disputes, wage and hours class actions, PAGA claims, disability discrimination claims and trade secrets misappropriation matters.
