Law360 names eight US lawyers to 2022 editorial advisory boards

Andrea L. D'AmbraVictoria V. Corder (New York), Robert Schwinger, Ikenna Emehelu (New York),  D'Lesli M. Davis, Tomas Alarcon (Dallas), Vic Domen (Washington, DC) and Susan Feigin Harris (Houston) were chosen to serve on Law360 editorial advisory boards in 2022.

The purpose of the editorial advisory boards is to provide insight to Law360 on trends in legal developments. Hundreds of lawyers contribute thought leadership to Law360, but only a limited number are chosen for editorial boards.

D'Ambra, who is US Head of Technology and US Head of eDiscovery and Information Governance at Norton Rose Fulbright, spearheads the firm's outreach to technology sector clients. She focuses her practice on data privacy, cybersecurity, e-discovery and cross border discovery and will serve on the Cybersecurity and Privacy Editorial Board.

Corder is a litigator who focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes involving breaches of contracts, fraud and business torts. She has particular experience with issues unique to cross-border disputes as well as disputes governed by New York law and procedure. Corder will serve on the Insurance Authority General Liability Advisory Board.

Schwinger is a commercial litigation partner in New York and will serve on the  Fintech Editorial Advisory Board. His practice includes advising clients on risk and liability issues regarding blockchain, crypto, DeFi and smart contracts. He is the author and creator of the New York Law Journal's "Blockchain Law" column.

Emehelu, a projects partner, will serve on the Project Finance Editorial Advisory Board. He focuses on decarbonization transactions across the energy spectrum, including renewable energy, conventional power, energy storage and midstream sectors. He handled project financing on two of the three largest onshore wind farms in the U.S. and numerous gas-fired power plants.

As the firm's US Head of Life Sciences and Healthcare, Davis represents pharmaceutical and medical device clients in high stakes litigation in state and federal courts across the country, lending her knowledge to serve on the Life Sciences Editorial Board.

Alarcon is a skilled litigator with experience on both sides of the bar. His practice focuses on business torts and high-stakes personal injury defense. He has particular experience conducting investigations, identifying potentially problematic issues before they develop and finding litigation strategies designed to maximize dispute resolution while preparing for trial and will serve on the Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Editorial Advisory Board.

Domen, a government antitrust investigations and prosecutions lawyer, was chosen for the Competition Editorial Board. He has reviewed and investigated hundreds of nonprofit mergers, dissolutions and sales of assets with a special focus on hospital and healthcare transactions.

Harris has a long history of focusing on the unique and strategic needs of her provider-based clients and will serve on the Health Care Editorial Advisory Board. She provides advice to academic medical center entities addressing the unique needs involving residency training programs, research, grant compliance, and federal and state health care policies, and works with state and federal health care agencies.
