Three Norton Rose Fulbright partners named to America’s Top 200 Lawyers list by Forbes

Norton Rose Fulbright partners Shauna ClarkRichard Krumholz and Daryl Lansdale have been named to Forbes’ inaugural America’s Top 200 Lawyers list for 2024.

This list spotlights US lawyers from a variety of backgrounds and practices who have made an impact in their fields, among their peers and within their communities. Lawyers were selected to the list through nominations and a multistage process of editorial research and evaluation, focusing on lawyers’ professional backgrounds and track records with consideration by legal professionals and clients.

To compile the list, the editorial team rated candidates in seven weighted categories including reputation, industry honors, influence on the legal landscape, advocacy performance, commitment to diversity, pro bono work and career accomplishments.

Shauna Clark (Houston), US Chair and US Head of Employment and Labor, is nationally recognized in labor and employment law, and experienced in a wide variety of industries and practices. She is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for Labor and Employment Law and is a frequent speaker on these matters.

A seasoned trial lawyer, Richard Krumholz (Dallas and New York) serves as the firm’s Global Head of Litigation and Disputes, focusing his practice on complex business disputes, securities/merger litigation, multi-jurisdictional qui tam cases, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, energy litigation and multi-district litigation. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Trial Advocates.

US Vice Chair Daryl Lansdale (San Antonio and Austin) is a nationally recognized leader in the M&A/securities space and the firm’s past US Managing Partner. He serves as a strategic advisor to family offices, founder-owned businesses, private equity firms and public companies. Known for his dealmaking acumen, he has handled high profile transactions involving more than US$10bn over the last several years.
