Two Texas lawyers honored on Lawyers of Color 2023 Hot List

Senior Associates Alicia Grant (San Antonio) and Reginald Wilson (Houston) have been selected to Lawyers of Color's 2023 Hot List.

The Hot List recognizes junior and mid-level lawyers that have been practicing for ten years or less. Honorees can be nominated by their peers and must exemplify integrity, high achievement, leadership and a passion for advancing diversity within the legal industry.

Grant focuses on all aspects of product liability actions, mass tort and complex commercial litigation in state and federal court, including class actions and multi-district litigation. She is an active member within the firm's Racial Equity Council as well as the greater San Antonio community, and sits on the steering committee for the Bexar County Women's Bar Association and Foundation LEAD Academy and the Texas State Bar's Texas Minority Counsel Program.

Wilson acts as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriters' counsel and trustee's counsel in a variety of transactions involving municipal governments, including cities and counties independent school districts, healthcare systems, universities and non-profit organizations. He is a member of the firm's Racial Equity Council and additional organizations supporting the advancement of minority education, including the Go-to-High-School, Go-to-College program.

Lawyers of Color is a nonprofit devoted to promoting diversity in the legal profession and advancing democracy and equality through education, communication and community involvement.
