Houston lawyer honored by the Texas Diversity Council

The Texas Diversity Council recognized Jamila Mensah (Houston) as one of its 2021 Top Women Lawyers. Considered among the most extraordinary leaders in the legal field, honorees are chosen for their leadership and outstanding commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion.

Award recipients will be honored during the Legal Diversity Summit on September 28.

Mensah handles a variety of matters, including discrimination, retaliation and wage and hour issues and counsels and trains employers on a wide range of employment issues, including hiring, termination, wage and hour compliance, disability accommodation, employment discrimination and drafting of employee handbooks and personnel policies.
