Cross-border team represents SCORE Sports in sale to Brand Velocity Group

A cross-border team of lawyers from Norton Rose Fulbright represented American Soccer Company, Inc., dba SCORE Sports, in its sale to investment firm Brand Velocity Group.

Based in Southern California, SCORE is a designer, manufacturer and seller of youth team sports uniforms and equipment. Its products are manufactured in the United States and Mexico and are marketed throughout the world.

An important SCORE Sports niche has been the sale of affordable sports uniforms and equipment to underprivileged communities, providing quality products at price points well below nationally known sports brands.
