Infralogic: Heelstone acquires US renewables portfolio, team from VIP

Infralogic shares details of Heelstone Renewable Energy’s acquisition of a portfolio of wind and solar development assets and a team of 11 professionals from Valor Infrastructure Partners.

Led by Becky Diffen (Austin) and Kimberly Franssen (Chicago), we represented Qualitas Energy and Heelstone Renewable Energy.

Becky focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and project development of renewable energy, energy storage, power generation and transmission projects.

Kimberly’s practice focuses on domestic and international business transactions and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project development, corporate governance, securities offerings, private equity, venture capital and project financings.
