Cecil C. Kuhne

Cecil Kuhne is a litigator in the Dallas office, where he has been a member of the firm since 1993.

His primary practice area is the analysis and resolution of a wide range of complex and contentious commercial disputes, particularly those concerning contractual interpretation and business torts and requiring written arguments to the tribunal deciding the case.

He also has an extensive background in investigations, both governmental and internal, related to alleged violations of the False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and Commodity Exchange Act, among others.

His considerable experience in the collection of electronic evidence in corporate lawsuits and investigations provides him with an appreciation for the challenges and nuances of such discovery, but his greatest contribution is the ability to analyze and distill the large volume of data, depositions, and witness interviews into persuasive written advocacy.
