Michael W. O'Donnell

Mike O'Donnell is the Partner-in-Charge of the San Antonio office of Norton Rose Fulbright.   In his practice, Mike resolves complex commercial disputes in a strategic and cost-effective manner through multi-party negotiations, dispositive motions, arbitrations and jury trials.  Mike has settled high-stakes claims and concluded entangled business divorces without a lawsuit ever being filed. When needed, Mike relies upon his extensive first-chair trial experience. He has also taken the lead in a broad array of evidentiary hearings, including hearings to address class certification, the admissibility of expert testimony, injunctive relief, invalidation of liens and lis pendens, election contests and the validation of public securities.
