Matthew Niss
Biography
Matthew is an associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's New York office and a member of the firm's Financial Institutions Disputes group. His practice focuses on complex litigation, arbitration, investigations and regulatory issues on behalf of both companies and individuals. Matthew has experience litigating issues involving breaches of contract, business torts, securities and insurance coverage. Matthew also has experience counseling clients concerning their obligations under the Investment Advisers Act and Investment Company Act.
Matthew has advised clients across a range of industries, with a focus on the financial services, insurance and aviation industries. Matthew has assisted several aviation clients including airlines, lessors, lessees, MROs and aircraft purchasers with both active litigation and pre-litigation disputes and contract negotiations.
