
Michelle Sloan
Biography
Michelle Sloan maintains a civil litigation practice with an emphasis on insurance coverage litigation and commercial litigation. She represents carriers in complex insurance disputes and bad faith litigation, and has a broad range of experience representing clients in a variety of complex civil matters in both state and federal court from pre-suit investigations through active litigation. Additionally, she advises clients on risk management and pre-suit resolutions to best serve the interests of her clients.
